- CSM operatives now have access to marked equipment
- AM special characters rebalanced. Commissar has higher Init and Refractor Field, Ogryn gets Muscle Skills, Scion now Tempestor Prime, can wield special weapons with deadly accuracy or buff friendlies with command rod. Excellent at overwatch.
